Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that certain items like jewelry and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Submit a Request
Log into your calif account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return. Fill out the online return form to receive your Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including the delivery note and your Return Authorization number. Ensure the package is sealed properly to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Refund
Send your package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
